Community Statement

Amelia's long-term dream is to establish a pâtisserie and hospitality space where beautiful baking, creativity and community can come together.

The vision is for the pâtisserie to eventually operate as a not-for-profit initiative. Amelia intends for 5% from eligible purchases to be donated to a charity selected by the customer, alongside dedicated charitable fundraising events.

Amelia does not want the future hospitality business to be simply somewhere people eat. She wants it to be somewhere people participate.

Future plans include creative workshops designed to bring people together and provide opportunities for learning, enjoyment and connection. Visitors might enjoy something from the pâtisserie before participating in a painting workshop, community project, exhibition, craft activity or musical experience.

Hospitality can be about more than serving food. It can create a place where people feel welcome.

Art, music and community

Another part of Amelia's long-term vision is to collaborate with appropriately qualified art therapists and music therapists who can provide professional therapeutic creative support within the community.

She also envisions the future space as somewhere artists can exhibit and sell their work, connect with new audiences and potentially participate in charitable fundraising initiatives.

The idea is to create a continuing cycle:

Creativity supports community.
Community supports artists.
Artists inspire creativity.

Dreams do come alive

Not every dream happens immediately. Some require years of education. Some require practice. Some require money, patience, collaboration or courage. Others simply require an opportunity to begin.

Amelia Grace's Creative Journeys is itself part of that process. The journey is beginning with children's books, creative products and opportunities today while Amelia works towards a much larger vision for tomorrow.

To every parent who reads one of these books with their child, every customer who purchases from an independent creative business, every artist who enters a future competition, every musician who takes a chance and every person who shares the message: thank you for being part of the journey.
