Returns & Refunds Policy

At Amelia Grace’s Creative Journeys, we want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Change-of-mind returns

For physical books and boxsets, we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:

• Unused, unread and undamaged

• In their original condition and packaging

• Returned with proof of purchase

Please contact us before returning an item.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs. Original delivery charges are not refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Digital products and PDF downloads

Digital products, PDFs and downloadable worksheets are available immediately after purchase. For this reason, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a digital file has been downloaded or delivered.

If you have trouble accessing a digital product, receive the wrong file, or the file does not work properly, please contact us. We will help by resending, replacing or correcting the file where possible.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your physical book arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied, or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of any damage, if possible

Where a product does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is required because of our error, a fault or damage.

Boxsets and bundles

If you are returning a boxset or bundle under our change-of-mind policy, please return the complete set in its original condition. If an item in a boxset is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us so we can arrange the most suitable solution.
